We are WILLIAM POLK ASSOCIATES, an architectural firm committed to excellence in design and technology. We are proud of our reputation for timeless, creative, and pragmatic design solutions. Our projects include shopping centers, office buildings, residential structures, medical designs and warehouses. Based in downtown Seattle, our projects can be found throughout the Northwest, Nevada and on all Hawaiian islands.

We were founded by Bill Polk in 1985. Today our architectural team, which offers a wide range of project experience, is directed by Bill Polk, a well-known and respected architectural, business and community leader for the past 40 years.
